2.1 In order to use DiboPay services, you must register and create a user account.
2.2 Upon registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You agree to keep your account information secure and up to date.
2.3 You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized activity, you must notify DiboPay immediately.
2.4 DiboPay reserves the right to suspend or close your account if it is determined that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or if fraudulent or illegal activities are suspected.
3.1 DiboPay allows users to load balance in peso-denominated cryptocurrencies to their digital wallet.
3.2 The value of cryptocurrencies in your wallet is subject to change and market volatility. DiboPay does not guarantee the stability of the value of cryptocurrencies.
3.3 DiboPay reserves the right to set limits on the amount of cryptocurrency balance you can load to your account.
4.1 DiboPay users can make payments in pesos at affiliated merchants using the cryptocurrency balance available in their digital wallet.
4.2 DiboPay is not responsible for the availability of affiliated merchants or the quality of goods or services provided by such merchants.
4.3 DiboPay is not responsible for any disputes or claims related to transactions made at affiliated merchants.
5.1 DiboPay is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 DiboPay uses reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the Internet or stored on its systems.
6.1 DiboPay reserves the right to modify or discontinue part or all of the Services at any time without prior notice. Any modification will become effective once published on the DiboPay platform. It is the User's responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to be aware of any changes.

8.2 DiboPay assumes no liability for any delays, interruptions or errors in data transmission, system failures or any other technical inconvenience that may arise.
8.3 DiboPay is not responsible for any transactions or interactions between users of the platform and affiliated merchants. Any dispute or claim must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
